Pre-order is a service that allows you to order a product 2-3 weeks before its official launch date at a discounted price. The following conditions apply for all pre-orders:

1. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date, provided that we have received and processed your payment. However, this is not always possible due to availability at our warehouse or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless otherwise stated.
  • Standard Delivery timelines (estimated 2 to 7 days) will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product becomes available for dispatch.
  • Muscle Wolves will endeavor to deliver on the launch date. However, should there be any unforeseen circumstances causing delays, we will deliver to customers in strict chronological order of purchase, which may be after the initial launch date.

2. Payment

  • Payment for pre-orders will be taken as soon as the order is received and confirmed.

3. Separate Shipping

  • Pre-ordered products are NOT shipped separately from other items in the same order.
  • Please be aware that if your order contains a pre-ordered item, your entire order will be delayed until the launch of all pre-ordered products in that order.
  • Therefore, if you wish to receive other Muscle Wolves products ahead of time, you will need to place a separate order for them, incurring separate shipping costs.
  • If pre-orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails will include the pre-order details.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Your pre-order purchase is also subject to our general Terms & Conditions.
  • Outside of India (International Orders): Import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges depend on the value of the package and where it is being delivered. We cannot control these charges nor predict what they might be. For further information on import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

General Dispatch Information (for Regular Orders)

  • We aim to dispatch regular orders placed with Muscle Wolves before 6 PM Monday to Friday the same day, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
  • Orders placed with Muscle Wolves after 6 PM Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
