What can I do if there is a production error in the product I received?
Please fill in the Contact Us form providing the following information:
- Explanation of the defect
- Order number
- Name, color, and size of the product
- Note: If you have used or washed the product and the tags are not on anymore, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- If you have a problem with your product, we will try to help you as much as possible, but refunds are not applicable if the product has been used or tags removed.

If you have a problem with the shipping, delivery, or anything else with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us. If you do not contact us within this time period, we cannot guarantee any solutions.

2. Orders
How do I create an account?
To create an account, you can:
- Select at least one item and add it to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Fill in all your personal details.
- Select “Create an account?” and set a password in this section.
- Note: You don’t need an account to order on our website. You can order as a “Guest” anytime, but you won’t be able to check your order history.
What can I order?
You can only order items that are available on our website. If an item is not available, unfortunately, it means it’s out of stock.
Where can I find a size guide?
To check the size guide:
- Click on an item to open its description page.
- You will find the size guide right under the product description.
- Note: Our sizes are in Inches (IN) and are taken by measuring the circumference of the spots described.
What is a Discount Code and how do I get one?
A Discount Code is a voucher we give to our customers for an extra discount on their total cart.
To get one, you can:
- Follow one of our athletes or ambassadors on Instagram or Facebook to find promotional codes (e.g., 15% Discount Code).
- Note: We cannot give personal Discount Codes unless there is a valid reason.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a Discount Code:
- Select all the items you wish to purchase.
- Go to your cart.
- Apply your coupon code in the designated “Coupon” section.
- You will see the price change, and you can then proceed with the payment.
- Note: Only one discount code can be used per order. Percentage-based discount codes cannot be used during sales or on sale items.
Do I receive a confirmation email when I order something?
When you order something on our website, you will receive:
- An email confirming we received your order.
- A second confirmation email informing you that your package will be shipped as soon as possible.
- An email from our shipping partners (DHL/Shiprocket) with a tracking code.
- Note: Depending on your spam settings, our confirmation email could end up in your spam or a different folder. If you don’t find the confirmation email, you might have filled in the wrong email address. In this case, please Contact Us providing your full name and address, and we will give you more information about your order.
When will I receive my package?

Can I use discount codes during a sale?
During sales, it’s generally possible to use only specific personal discount codes with a fixed amount. Percentage-based discount codes, including our 15% promotional codes, are typically not applicable during sales or on sale products. If you have sale products in your cart, most special percentage discount codes will not work.
I purchased item(s) in Pre-order / Pre-sale, when will I receive them?
As we often sell out quickly, we offer PRE-ORDER (order prior to release date to secure your size or color) / PRE-SALE (order prior to release date to secure your size or color at a sale price) for some items.
The estimated shipping date for pre-order/sale items will be as per the information provided in the product description. Please note that the arrival of these items to our HQ depends on various factors, and shipping dates are subject to change without prior notice.
If your order includes items available for direct delivery, they will be shipped together with your pre-ordered items. If you prefer to receive available items separately, we recommend placing separate orders.
How do I order?
To place an order:
- Select the product in your desired size.
- Click on “Add to Cart”.
- Review your order in the “Cart”.
- If you have a Coupon, you can apply it in the cart.
- When you are satisfied with your order, click on “Proceed to checkout”.
- Fill in all your personal details.
- Select your preferred Payment Method.
- Click on “Place Order” and proceed with the payment.
Which Payment Method can I use?
For domestic orders within India, we accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payments via Razorpay (includes UPI, Net Banking, major Indian Credit/Debit Cards).
For international orders, we accept: - Online payments via Stripe (includes major international Credit/Debit Cards).
Why doesn’t the PROMO code work?
Promo codes are special codes offered via Newsletter and Social Media.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other codes.
- Promo codes do not work on sale items.
- If there is at least one sale item in your cart, the promo code will not apply to that order.
- If you wish to order both sale items and new collections using a promo code, please place separate orders.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before dispatch. However, please promptly email our customer service team to request a cancellation or amendment to your order. They will inform you if your request can be processed.
3. Retail / Cooperation
I would like to resell your products, what do I need to do?
On our Resellers page, you will find a reseller information form that you need to fill in. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Note: Our sales department handles reseller forms, and our customer service is not aware of the status of these requests.

4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels still attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Which items are non-returnable?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., Boxers are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene; Thongs and Bikini Bottoms are non-returnable if the hygiene seal is broken).
- Hazardous materials.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
What can I ask for when I return items?
You can return products for:
- Store Credit: Recommended if you wish to shop with us in the future or order another product. We provide a personal code equal to the value you paid for the returned products, plus free domestic shipping, valid for 6 months. Processing time: 2-4 business days from registration.
- Refund: Recommended if you do not wish to shop with us in the near future. We will refund the amount you paid for the returned products. Processing time: 2-3 weeks from registration.
- Note: Return for exchange is not possible except for defective or damaged items.
What happens if I used a personal Discount Code and I ask for a full refund?
Discount Codes are not refundable. If a personal Discount Code was used to pay for your order, you can still return the order and ask for a refund of the amount you actually paid, and a new discount code with the same value as the previous one will be issued.
- Note: This rule does not apply to promotional codes from our athletes or any other general promotional codes.
How long will the Returns Process last?
After your return package is delivered to us, it may take up to 2 weeks to process. Our logistics team will carefully check all returned products and your return form.
Once the return process is complete, our logistics team will register it in our system and send you a confirmation email.
If the products fulfill our Returns Policy, we will proceed further as per your return form specifications, providing you with store credit or a refund.
The Confirmation Email from the logistics department will give you detailed information about the Returns Process Time.
- Processing time for Store Credit: 2-4 business days from the date registered.
- Processing time for refund: 2-3 weeks from the date registered.
- Note: If we haven’t received your package yet, we can’t start processing your return. Please check your tracking information before contacting us.

5. Shipments
Which company do you ship packages with?
- Domestic shipments (within India) are processed via Shiprocket/DHL.
- International shipments are processed via DHL Express.
When will you ship my package?
After we process and complete your order, our logistics team will pack and ship the items within 1 working day.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping partners (Shiprocket/DHL Express) with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order.
- Note: During sales or peak periods, there might be a delay in dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you filled in the wrong address, please send us an email to support@musclewolves.com immediately.
We can change the address if the package is still in our warehouse.
If the package is already on its way, we will have to contact our shipping partner (Shiprocket/DHL), and there is no guarantee that the change will go through. Changing your shipping address once dispatched may also cause a delay in delivery.
- Note: For urgent address changes, contacting us via phone (if available) might be faster than email/contact form.
When will I receive my package?
- Domestic orders (within India): You will receive your package within 2-3 working days after it has been shipped.
- International orders: You will receive your package within 4-5 working days after it has been shipped.
- Please note: Our carriers usually deliver within these business days; however, shipping times can be affected by many factors (e.g., remote areas, weather conditions, customs process for international orders, etc.). You can read all the information in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to my country?
To check if we ship to your country:
- Select an item and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Open the “Country” section and type the name of your country.
If you can select your country, it means we can ship to your address.
How much do the shipping charges cost?
- Domestic orders (within India): For prepaid orders, shipping is FREE. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹40 will be charged as a COD fee.
- International orders: A flat shipping charge of $36.00 USD (approximately ₹3000, converted) applies.
- Note: Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs.
How can I have free shipping?
All prepaid domestic orders (within India) are eligible for FREE shipping.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and the shipping costs are still calculated in the total price, please ensure you select the “Free Shipping” option (if available) on the right side of your cart or at checkout.
Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties on my order?
- Within India: All orders dispatched within India will not be liable for additional duties and taxes. The final price will be shown at checkout.
- Outside of India (International): All orders dispatched outside of India may be liable for import duties, customs, and taxes. These charges will be applied once your order has arrived in your country. We are unfortunately not responsible for covering any per-country incurred import taxes.
- If you’re unsure whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
