For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.
For COD Orders: We charge a nominal ₹40 Cash on the Delivery fee.
Order Processing:
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipments are processed via DHL Express & Shiprocket.
If your order costs more than $200.00 you will be eligible for the FREE DHL or Shiprocket Express Shipping.
We ship all our orders via DHL Express or Shiprocket and free shipping option does not mean the shipping time increase.
If your order costs more than $500.00 and the Shipping costs are still calculated in the total price, please select “Free Shipping” on the right side of your cart.
Please note, our carrier delivers usually within 2-5 business days, however, the shipping times can be affected by many factors (remote areas, conditions, customs process,..)
